Sportcycles at
(434)293-4406 within 3 calendar days of your date of

To Return Merchandise Follow These Easy Steps
Call our Customer
Service Department at (434)293-4406 for a return authorization
number. ("RA #") No Returns Will Be Accepted Without
Return Authorization Number.
No material will be accepted for a return after 30 days
from date of shipment, regardless of reason.
All merchandise must be returned in a sealed package
with ample packing material.
Include with your return a photo copy of your invoice
or packing slip. Clearly
and prominently write your return authorization number
on the outside of the return box.
If you returning a truck shipped item , you must call
us and we will arrange to have it picked up.
We cannot accept etched , marked or altered products
for credit or refund.
Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made
within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of merchandise.
You must clearly print
the reasons for return.
Non-defective returns are subject to a re-stocking fee
of 15% (fifteen percent) of the list price.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RA# WILL BE REFUSED AND NO CREDIT/REFUND
